About Me

Hi! I'm an aspiring Full-Stack Web Developer. I began programming in 2022 while pursuing a minor in Computer Science at Seton Hall University, where I also earned a BSBA in 2024. My experience working at my university's IT Department and on the Desktop Support Team at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts has honed my technical skills and passion for problem-solving.

Currently, I am focused on building my web development skills and seeking opportunities in the field. In Spring 2025, I will begin pursuing a Master's in Computer Science through Georgia Tech’s OMSCS Program part-time to deepen my expertise and advance my career in software development.

• Resolved hardware and software tickets for onsite and remote users, addressing Level 1 and Level 2 support tasks. Streamlined onboarding by configuring devices and managing user profiles and groups using Okta Admin rights and Active Directory. Upgraded employee laptops by transferring settings, data, and software to newer devices, improving performance and minimizing downtime.

• Collaborated with colleagues on data migration projects from Snow to Jira. Assisted the office manager with tasks such as reassigning laptops to students and faculty, managing emails, organizing files and databases, and handling IT tickets in Jira. Participated in site visits to other department locations to understand operations and ensure accurate inventory of 1,000+ devices using Excel and Jira.
